Get your hairspray and acid-washed jeans ready because Gino’s Pizza of Babylon is hosting an 80’s themed party to celebrate its 35th anniversary.
The party will be held on Sunday, Sept. 16, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be a cake cutting ceremony at 3:30 p.m.
And, there will be retro pricing. Cheese pies are $5 and slices are $1. Also, there will be 80’s music, Back to the Future playing on the TVs, trivia, and prizes.
Gino’s will be hosting a best dressed 80’s gear content: the raddest outfit wins a $100 Gino’s gift card.
The pizzeria’s owner, Kieth Dahman, says the party is a way to give back to the village.
“As one of the longest standing restaurants in Babylon Village, we are proud of the relationships we have built with our customers and the community,” he said. “I remember opening our doors 35 years ago like it was yesterday and look forward to many more years of being a part of this great community.”
Gino’s Pizzeria is located at 258 Deer Park Avenue adjacent to the Villager.
