With a full off-season under their belts, the owners of Katch at Babylon Beaches are eager for summer 2019.

“We’re excited to hosts fun events and to continue creating a family-fun atmosphere,” said Katch co-owner Dave Chiarella on the upcoming season.

Last May, Katch opened in the old Beach Hut site in Copiague’s Tanner Park and Lindenhurst’s Venetian Shores.

The operator of the beachside restaurants told GreaterBabylon they will be opening on Memorial Day weekend beginning on Friday, May 24, from noon to 9:30 p.m.

According to Chiarella, there is plenty of fun outings being planned for the warmer weather ahead.

“Every Tuesday night at Venetian Shores there will be Latin night,” said Chiarella. “We’re going to have Latin food, drinks, and music.”

For Tanner Park, a Caribbean Lobster Bake is being planned every Sunday, which is a day filled with Caribbean music and seafood.
