All of the playgrounds and dog parks in the Village of Babylon are once again open to the public.
After being closed down to promote social distance protocols in March, the village reopened the grounds to the people on Thursday.
“Please be sure to continue to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing when necessary,” Babylon Village Mayor Ralph Scordino wrote on Facebook.
He also gave a shout out to those maintaining the properties during the health crisis.
“I would like to thank our Parks Department for all their efforts in maintaining our parks and playgrounds during this critical time and throughout the year,” said Scordino.
